The AWC process
Know what happens next.
From the first photos to the written scope, keep the condition, the work and the decision clear.
- 01
Describe the electrical goal or symptom
Send the property address, safe-distance photos, affected devices or equipment, when the problem occurs, and any model information or prior inspection notes.
- 02
Verify the circuit and access plan
The project scope considers the relevant circuit, panel, load, route, access, permits, occupied-space protection, and the finishes that may need restoration.
- 03
Complete, test, and restore
The approved work is sequenced with required testing and inspections, followed by the included carpentry, drywall, stucco, waterproofing, texture, or paint restoration.
For owners, managers and HOAs
Make approval
and access straightforward.
Share who can approve the work, which areas are affected and how access is coordinated. For managed properties, include any existing reports and the approval process. AWC can then separate observations, assumptions, proposed work and exclusions.
For multi-trade, water-affected, panel-adjacent, occupied-property, or unclear conditions that need field verification, AWC may recommend the $250 Site Evaluation + Written Bid Package. The fee is credited back if the proposed work is approved within 30 days.
